  • Usage: project, client, estimate, and invoice data you enter.
  • Technical: IP address, browser type, access timestamps.
  • Payment: payment data is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to: provide and maintain the Service, manage subscriptions, communicate with you, and improve app features.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Processing is based on: performance of a contract (providing the service), legal obligation (fiscal records), and legitimate interest (service improvement, security).

5. Third-Party Data

You may enter data about your clients and subcontractors (name, email, phone). You are responsible for ensuring those individuals have consented to the processing of their data in compliance with GDPR.

We do not sell or rent your data. Data may be shared with: payment processors (Stripe), hosting providers, and competent authorities where legally required.

Data is retained during the subscription period and thereafter in accordance with tax and legal obligations.
