3. Subscriptions & Payment

The Service is offered through subscription plans (Basic and Pro). Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

4. AI Features

The Service includes AI-generated analyses and content. AI results are informational in nature and do not replace professional judgment. The Provider is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI output.

5. Third-Party Data (Subcontractors & Clients)

As a user, you may enter data about your clients and subcontractors. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to process that data in compliance with GDPR.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. The Provider is not liable for indirect or direct damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms.

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes.
